Advance reservations are required. Same day reservations cannot be changed, nor are they refundable. We do our best to accommodate guests who do not provide advance notice but service cannot be guaranteed. Please see section outlining cancellations or travel changes.

Collect punches, ride for free. Collect 5 punches and get a free one-way trip. Collect 10 punches and get a free round-trip. One punch per card per day. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No cash value. Only applicable for travel between Flagstaff and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Not valid for Sedona or the Grand Canyon. Not valid on holidays. Based on availabilty. Card must be turned in directly during 5th or 10th trip to be used on 6th or 11th future trip. Cards will not be accepted by mail, or any other means. Cards MUST be completed and indicate the following: First Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Cards that are not legible may be subject to loss of reward. Inspire Shuttle will make every attempt to contact beneficiary. Reward will be sent electronically via email to the person identified on the card. Email will provide instructions for claiming the reward. Make sure to check your junk mail. Inspire Shuttle reserves the right to revoke any card or reward in the event fraudulent activity is suspected. Inspire Rewards Loyalty Card subject to change.
To receive a refund, cancellation must occur no less than 48 hours from date of travel of original booking. Example: You are due to travel on the 5 PM shuttle for Friday. You MUST cancel your reservation by no later than 5 PM on the Wednesday prior to the Friday travel date to receive a refund. Advance bookings that occur 2 months or later require a minimum of a 2-week cancellation notice for a refund. Travel changes (reschedules) must occur no less than 24 hours from date of travel of original booking. Example: You are due to travel on the 5 PM shuttle for Friday. You MUST change your reservation by no later than 5 PM on the Thursday prior to the Friday travel date. Otherwise, your reserved timeline WILL remain as scheduled. Only one reschedule per original booking. Travel changes (reschedules) are nonrefundable. Reschedules are at Inspire Shuttle's discretion and are not guaranteed. All refunds (including any associated fees) are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Group charters (3 or more people): Require a 2-week minimum cancellation notice for a refund. Group charter travel changes (reschedules) are at Inspire Shuttle's discretion and are nonrefundable. Group charter cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. When required, deposits are nonrefundable. In extremely rare cases, travel may be cancelled at Inspire Shuttle's discretion due to unsafe road conditions and/or weather. It's at Inspire Shuttle's discretion to provide refunds for circumstances out of our control (Acts of God, road closures that result in missed flights, etc.).
All passengers are required to check-in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Example: If you are scheduled to depart on the 5 PM shuttle, you must arrive no later than 4:45. Refunds will not be issued to passengers who arrive late or miss their shuttle. Future travel may be arranged depending on circumstances.
Unless other arrangements are made customers may be subject to waiting fees, as indicated: $15 for 15-30 minutes and $20 thereafter. Total wait time allotted will be at the discretion of Inspire Shuttle. Waiting fees are due prior to departure. Refunds will not be given for refusing to pay waiting fees.
Amtrak customers are required to make a $15 refundable delay fee during booking. The delay fee is refundable if the shuttle is not held for later than 30 minutes. Delay fee refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Total wait time allotted for delays will be at the discretion of Inspire Shuttle. Total wait time not to exceed 1 hour unless other arrangements have been made. Refunds due to late trains are at the discretion of Inspire Shuttle.
Each person is allowed one carry-on and one full size suitcase not to exceed 50 lbs. Each additional suitcase subject to a $5 fee. The transportation of bicycles is limited, call ahead to make arrangements. There is a $10 fee per bike that is not boxed. Please make sure to contact us in advance if there are any questions or concerns. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport guests: It is your responsiblity to be aware of airport policy regarding luggage.
Travel times are pending weather, traffic, and road conditions. Departure and arrival times are subject to change. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport guests: It is advised that you give yourself ample time between arrival and departure of your flight. Inspire Shuttle assumes no responsibilty for missed flights due to events (weather, traffic, highway closures, etc) that are outside of our control. Travel times are not guaranteed.
Inspire Shuttle is not outfitted with handicap accessible vehicles at this time. However, we will do our best to make accommodations as much as possible. Please alert us well in advance so we can make your travel as pleasant as possible. See Pet Policy regarding service animals.
Only service dogs are allowed. Please alert Inspire Shuttle when booking reservations if you will be traveling with a service dog so an additional seat for the service dog can be reserved at no additional cost. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport guests: It is your responsibility to be aware of airport policy regarding service animals.
All passengers must be 18 or older, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport guests: It is your responsibility to be aware of airport policy regarding unaccompanied minors.
See state laws regarding child restraint requirements. Children under the age of eight or under 40 pounds must be secured in a child restraint device when traveling. Parents and legal guardians are required to supply and install any car seat or booster seat used by their child. Please let us know in advance if you will be using a child restraint or booster seat and we will gladly make seating accommodations.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the shuttle. For the safety of all passengers, Inspire Shuttle reserves the right to remove anyone from the shuttle at any point. Refunds will be at the discretion of Inspire Shuttle.
Inspire Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please call (928) 699-4228 and we will do our best to locate your belongings. Belongings will only be held for 2 weeks.
A cleaning fee may be charged if warranted. Example: You've had too much to drink and you vomit in the shuttle. This is a situation in which you WILL be charged a reasonable cleaning fee. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children and any associated cleaning fees.
Other fees, such as park entry fees or parking fees are the responsibilty of the customer unless other arrangements have been made.
Providing service on dirt roads is at the discretion of Inspire Shuttle. In general, Inspire Shuttle does not travel on unpaved roads. For example, some resorts in Sedona have unsatisfactory roads. In this scenario, Inspire Shuttle will get you as close as possible but will not travel on the dirt road. Road conditions are not the responsibility of Inspire Shuttle and will not result in refunds.
